Sales:

Famous for the integrity of our sales, we have two each year on the first Thursdays of July and January, then ending on the ensuing Sunday. A 'bait and switch' tactic of pricing is often employed by stores to mark goods up so they can mark them down. We never have and never will do this. An old time retail adage that really works, 'your first markdown is your best markdown',  is our philosophy of sale pricing; so get in and get in early! If you see an item in our store reduced by 20%, that is essentially equivalent in most cases to another store that offers you 30% off of the same item! But in their case they have marked that item up first so they can maintain the same  margin. We only wish to sell goods on sale to clear out the inventory, giving us capital to buy new goods for you during the up and coming fashion season. Sale pricing usually extends throughout the balance of the season until the upcoming season's  merchandise starts filling our racks from the many domestic and overseas shipments we begin to receive.

 

Trunk Showings:

Also a highlight of our year,  we run two, sometimes three shows each year. Many stores run five, six or more. We don't wish to dilute the importance of the efforts both you and our staff put into your new custom designs, so keeping the showings to a smart minimum makes choosing fabrics less complicated. Fabrics from Italy and England's most exclusive mills including Scabal, Dormeuil, Barberis, Loro Piana, and Reda, advanced season fabric choices, as well as current cloth selections, are all featured to fill any void in your wardrobe, or dreams you have yet to realize. A bonus feature is the benefit of having the custom maker's designer on hand to compliment you and our team in selecting and fitting the new designs you are hoping to achieve. Ladies Day Open House:

Our way of letting the lady in your life be treated to a Saturday in December of expert guidance with our vast computer database of your shopping trends. She'll never need to ask you what size you are as we have all of the data to make a perfect decision together. We will treat your lady with sumptous food and beverages and offer free gift wrapping. This is a perfect opportunity to grab all the new holiday merchandise deliveries before anyone else sees it. We work hard to stock the floor with only fresh merchandise and cutting edge holiday and new spring fashions and exciting colors. It is always a raging success and tons of fun for your special lady!
