I have made my many years of experience and expertise available for all to benefit from, not just those that have purchased our products. I am open to suggestions so please tell me if there is something else you'd like to see here. I can't promise anything but if it's feasible and I like the idea then I may very well make the effort (I like to make this site as interesting and as useful as possible).

TAILORING:

Let's talk about the art of tailoring at Raymond Levine. Known nationally for it's precision, quality and dedication to the 100% satisfaction of the customers, Raymond Levine's tailor shop and it's staff take the utmost in pride in their craft from fitting to cutting, then sewing, and finally pressing each and every garment that goes through the shop. Frequently, men or women from Tinley Park, Orland Park, New Lenox, Homer Glen, Lemont, Mokena, Frankfort, Joliet, Flossmoor, and Olympia Fields utilize the Raymond Levine tailor shop services for their own goods which may require re-altering or goods from another store that 'botched' their garment. We only charge market rates, if not a bit below for this service we provide to those communities or other surrounding ones. We regret having to let many folks know that they may need to return this garment to the originating store if we feel they were taken advantage of by being sold the wrong size or fit, something we would never allow under our roof. We are honest to a fault, forsaking the proceeds from that alteration by letting you know the 'real' story.

Our European trained tailors take painstaking time with the salespeople to make absolutely certain that nothing during the fitting or custom measuring process was missed. We measure to the exact centimeter, as we are European by training, and most of our clothing is made on the metric scale. Hence, our accuracy is second to nobody in Chicagoland. We stand by that promise. Our shop is a hand tailored shop, all of the work is done stitch by stitch, button by button, and lapel by lapel. Then a final quality control inspection is performed by the finisher so as to ensure your complete satisfaction when you pick up your garment. In rare circumstances, if an adjustment need be made, we do it while you relax in our comfortable environment with a cup of coffee or water offered to help the time pass. You are our priority.
